Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We currently accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Q: How long does shipping take and how can I track my package?
A: Shipping time is based on the shipping option you choose. Once the order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and tracking website. Please see our shipping policies for more information.

Q: Is my personal information secure?

A: We do not share customer information with third parties. The only information we use is your email address and shipping address to ship your order and contact you if needed. Payment information is never stored on our website.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please see our return policy for more information.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your vacation address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.
