Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquid or gas products.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the goods you purchased to the manufacturer.

Refund (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Special offer (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, special-priced items cannot be returned.

If the item is marked as a gift when it is purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver ships the order to themselves and then sends it to you, we will refund the gift giver and he will understand your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time of your replacement product may vary.

If you ship more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item
